Sonya takes it upon herself to lift Brennan from his funk. And though it’s hard going early on – he still can’t bring himself to go through Kate’s things – she manages to put a smile on his face for the first time in a while and, with Nell as her accomplice, even prompts him to reveal a little of his grief at the loss of Kate.
