Karine Claassen travels to the world's largest island in search of an answer. She discovers that the Greenlanders are very proud of their identity, but also struggle with it. Colonization by Denmark has left its mark. And in a strange way, Trump is now bringing them closer together again. Karine begins her journey through Greenland with Stan, a Flemish man living in the capital, Nuuk. His Greenlandic friend, Rico, immerses Karine (sometimes literally) in some Danish and Greenlandic customs. In Sisimiut, Karine sets out with Tupaarnaq, one of the few female hunters in Greenland, on a very special hunt.
